These Terms apply alongside the Meta Horizon Store Terms of Service and Meta's Developer Data Use Policy. In the event of a conflict regarding platform-level matters, Meta's terms take precedence.
You must meet Meta Quest's minimum age requirements and comply with Meta's Terms of Service to access our games. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Subject to these Terms, Valotac© Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and play our games for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any part of our games or services without our express prior written permission.
All content within our games and on valotac.com — including but not limited to artwork, characters, names, code, music, sound effects, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Valotac© Studios and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our services or content.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any or all of our services at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason at our sole discretion.
We are not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage arising from the modification, suspension, or termination of our services.
All purchases made in connection with our games are processed exclusively through the Meta Horizon Store. Refund eligibility is governed by the Meta Quest / Rift Content Refund Policy.
Valotac© Studios does not process refunds directly. All refund requests must be submitted through Meta's platform. We are not responsible for Meta's refund decisions.

Valotac© Studios does not guarantee any level of moderation of player interactions, in-game communications, or user-generated content within our games.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. Your use of our services is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Valotac© Studios, its directors, employees, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Valotac Studios directly in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (which in most cases will be zero, as purchases are made through Meta).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Valotac© Studios and its team members from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
If you are located in the EU/EEA, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection or data protection law.
